Andronicki Dorsey

Andronicki Dorsey is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning human resources, marketing, caregiving, fitness instruction, and operations. She began her career in administrative roles and advanced through positions at Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she managed customer relations, conducted trainings, and handled HR functions. Dorsey later worked in sales and marketing support, then in credentialing for government and military contracting. She holds an MBA in Organizational Management along with a sociology degree, Spanish minor, and psychology background. Currently based in Chicago, Illinois, she serves as a state-certified caregiver while providing consulting services in HR and credentialing, emphasizing creative problem solving and system efficiencies. Dorsey has been a member of SHRM and HR associations in Georgia. Her philanthropic efforts include board membership with Color Your World, involvement with Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she received a tenure award, and serving as a UN panelist on women's economic and social development.
