Ten minutes with Ange
01What do you attribute your success to?
Jesus Christ is the anchor of my success.
The driven mindset, hard work, discipline, determination, diligence, resilience and compassion have all been sponsored by Him. He gives me all abilities and creates the desires to see beyond obstacles and maintain clarity in my vision and mission.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I received was to remain authentic and confident. Authenticity builds trust, and confidence allows your voice, ideas, and leadership to be recognized in rooms where decisions are made
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to invest early in both competence and confidence. Develop your expertise, but also learn to speak about your value with clarity and conviction. Talent alone does not guarantee visibility—your voice, positioning, and willingness to lead will shape the opportunities that come your way.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the persistent challenges in many industries is that while more women are entering the workforce, far fewer advance into senior decision-making roles. The opportunity lies in intentionally developing leadership pipelines that not only recognize talent but actively position women for influence, visibility, and strategic responsibility. Organizations that invest in this shift will benefit from more diverse perspectives, stronger innovation, and sustainable growth.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity. It is the foundation of credible leadership. When leaders operate with integrity, they build trust, inspire confidence, and create environments where people and organizations can thrive.
