01What do you attribute your success to?

My motivation was I was determined to change the trajectory of my life. I wanted to be different from my circumstances and give my kids what I didn't have growing up.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Whatever task you are assigned, whether big or small, give it 100%. Even if it might seem minor or unimportant, always give your task your all.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't give up when seasons are tough. Keep going even in those tough seasons. But ultimately, remember who you are, and the things that are going to be important no matter where you work, which is your family and work-life balance.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Faith and family are most important. Family is number one.
