What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my personal healing and spiritual journey, which showed me the power of self-love and boundaries, combined with persistence and dedication throughout my 25-year corporate career. My faith and commitment to helping others, especially women and girls, continue to guide and inspire everything I do.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is that people come into your life as a lesson, season, or reason—once the lesson is learned, it’s time to move forward. Mentors taught me what I needed to grow, and ultimately, the guidance I carry now is: “You’re ready — just go and do it.” Gratitude for their guidance doesn’t require keeping everyone in your life permanently.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this field is to take a hard look at your life and assess if you’re truly happy. Prioritize self-love, set healthy boundaries, and embrace change as a path to growth, taking progress one day at a time. When you do this, happiness, abundance, and self-respect naturally follow.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges I face right now are overcoming my fear of being on video and social media, managing perfectionism, and building contacts while balancing a full-time job. At the same time, there’s a great opportunity to scale my "Fearless Becoming" 10-week program virtually, expand my reach through social media, and collaborate with faith communities to make a broader impact.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my work and personal life are honesty, authenticity, being real, and love, grounded in self-love, self-respect, and faith. I strive to bring these principles into everything I do while also enjoying life through travel, good food, and movies.
