Her Story
About Angela
As an organic leader and motivator of people, the greatest joys I’ve found have been in building connection with others. Being able to draw inspiration from the journey of human beings just like me who may not have the same lived experiences.
Mediocrity isn’t a word I personally identify with. Whether leading from the front, or working as a team with others, the determination to get a job done and get it right keeps me motivated.

Ten minutes with Angela
01What do you attribute your success to?
My parents tell me I was born with quite the strong personality. Together they raised me to always stand up for what’s right and give forth my best effort in anything I do.
Along with that, I truly believe success often comes from those moments when preparation not only meets opportunity, but when those in strategic places of executive leadership grant you the chance to expand and explore your talents in spaces that are often hard to get into.
I’ve had a few key leaders in my current industry take time to show me the ropes, & advocate for me in rooms only they could enter. I’m forever grateful for those individuals.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Failure to learn leads to failure to grow
“Never be afraid to ask, the worst that can happen is you get a No, but one Yes can change everything!”
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay curious! Become a student of whatever industry you’re in. Master it.
Build authentic relationships.
Most specialized industries are small so don’t burn bridges, build connections.
Your name and how people feel when you enter a room will open more doors for you than you think.
