Angela Carter

She is a dedicated nonprofit and community health leader with over a decade of experience in program development, fiscal management, and organizational leadership, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Hopkins County Family YMCA Foundation Inc., where she provides strategic vision and leadership for the organization. Prior to this role, she served as Associate Executive Director and Director of Community Health at the Hopkins County Family YMCA, where she led program development and community health initiatives. Her career includes serving as Director of Adult Education at Madisonville Community College for seven years, where she developed educational programs and led teams. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Eastern Kentucky University. She is recognized as a strategic, mission-driven, and community-focused leader who is deeply committed to advancing health, wellness, and education in her community.
