Her Interview

Ten minutes with Angela

01What do you attribute your success to?

Just live it. I've always wanted to be able to live, be happy, feel real joy. My children, you know, And just a simple life. But still be happy. Not stressed out to the point to where I don't know which way I'm going. Flowing through life. And it be meaningful.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Don't quit. Or the miracle happened. Some days you feel like giving up, but, you know, it's one day at a time, and Yesterday's going to Mars, not here yet.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't get burned out. Balance with your family. Time with children is what matters most, not vacations or gifts. I've always been driven and a slightly aggressive leader type person. And I had to learn how to shape that also, so it doesn't come off in the wrong way to others. Be respectful.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Sometimes when you're in this field and you have a lot of stuff flying around, and there could be gossip, emotions. Just trying to stay consistent and level. There are a lot of rules. . And it's part of the disease. We're all rule breakers in life. When you put a bunch of personalities together, whether they're your fellow employees, the clients, there's just a little bit, like a chaos there, and staying out of it.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Character. Honesty. Real. Authentic.
