I advise young women to develop a diverse skill set and not limit themselves to coaching alone. Pursue degrees in athletic training or related fields to increase versatility and marketability, and always seek mentorship to guide your career.

Female college coaches often face challenges securing high-paying roles, making mentorship, networking, and expanding skill sets critical opportunities for career growth. Additionally, balancing administrative responsibilities with coaching requires strategic planning and flexibility.
