Angela Hamlin

She is a distinguished program delivery executive and IT consulting leader with over 15 years of experience in healthcare IT, program management, and business operations, currently serving as President and CEO of Hamlin Consulting Services, LLC, a woman-owned IT consulting corporation. Prior to founding HCS, she served as Vice President of Program Delivery at NewWave Telecom & Technologies, where she led strategy and operations for a $28.4M full-service IT and data management company, directing 250 employees and supporting the successful award of a $196M contract for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). She also served as Vice President of Program Integrity at nimbus and as Vice President of Program Delivery at QSSI, where she managed critical CMS projects including the Marketplace Exchange Operations Center, MACRA, and the Affordable Care Act implementation. She holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from American University.
