Angela Harvey

I'm primarily a facilitator, but I'm also an award-winning director, author, poet, and healing artist. I call all of it my assignment - to be able to help grown folks grow up. I spent 15 years at UnitedHealthcare as a social worker for their Senior Dimensions product and worked in many different industries within the social work field. I stumbled onto public speaking in 2002 when I did my very first workshop in Washington, D.C., and that was when the bug hit me to be a speaker and a facilitator, being able to help multiple people at one time. From then on, it was just about me finding different ways, different venues, to dispense the medicine that I think I dispense from my mouth to the ears of those people that need it. Nowadays, they probably would call it coaching, but that's what I do - I absolutely assist people in healing and growing and transformation. These last 5 years have been me doing a lot of self-help work, really and truly dispensing for myself what I've been dispensing to the world for over 20 years. That's probably where I got my greatest degree.
