With over 20 years of experience as a seasoned administrative professional, event coordinator, and effective communicator, Angela has built a career rooted in service, empowerment, and leadership. She is also a published author, ghostwriter, and national and international speaker, inspiring audiences through her writing, storytelling, and motivational engagements.
In addition to her executive leadership, Angela is a talented singer and songwriter with multiple original works, including God Will Never Change, Vessel, There Will Be a Day, and You Are God. She has written and published books such as You Are Unstoppable: Overcoming the Limits and How to Get Your Fight Back After Defeat, using her platform to guide others through resilience and personal growth. I attribute my success to the fight in me. I’m not a quitter—no matter how many times I get knocked down, I always find a way to get back up and keep moving forward.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to know when to shift and pivot. Understanding when it’s time to adapt has helped me stay resilient and open to new opportunities.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this field is to survey the land before you step in. Take the time to understand your environment—study the culture, observe what’s working and what’s not, and get a real sense of what’s happening in your community. Knowledge is power, and preparation sets the foundation for meaningful impact.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Right now, the biggest challenge in my field is securing funding. Access to resources directly impacts the programs and services we can provide, making it essential to be strategic, persistent, and creative in building sustainable support.

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are authenticity and commitment. I strive to stay true to myself and to give my full effort in everything I do, knowing that integrity and dedication are the foundation of meaningful impact.
