Angela Jones
Angela Jones is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and founder of Northern Path Wellness Coaching LLC, where she helps busy mothers in their 30s transform “survival mode” into sustainable wellness. With over 13 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Angela spent much of her career supporting others before becoming a mother herself and realizing the importance of reclaiming personal health and energy. Her coaching approach combines ABA, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help moms build resilient routines grounded in both data-driven strategies and values-based commitments.
Angela’s career began in Applied Behavior Analysis, working extensively with children with special needs, particularly those with autism. Over the years, she expanded her expertise into educational and clinical settings, serving as an RBT Supervisor, BCBA Lead, and Behavior Consultant across multiple school districts and therapy centers. Her hands-on experience with behavior change and habit formation informs her work as a wellness coach, allowing her to design practical, sustainable systems for her clients that fit into the realities of motherhood without adding guilt or pressure.
Recently, Angela launched Northern Path Wellness Coaching LLC, offering remote, one-on-one programs for mothers seeking to restore mental and physical health while balancing work and family. She is a certified health and wellness coach through Mind‑Body Behavior and continues to maintain part-time work as a BCBA, with the long-term goal of focusing fully on coaching. Angela’s professional philosophy emphasizes system-based behavior change, psychological flexibility, and empowering moms to take control of their routines and well-being in a realistic, sustainable way.
