Don't be emotionally attached to decisions from leadership.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't take no for an answer. A lot of things can be taught, that your personality and your demeanor and your character, that's something that can't be taught.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Navigating the ever-changing landscape of the laws and regulations regarding public health. The main opportunity is contributing to public health, helping ensure doctors get more access to vaccines.

Treating everyone with care, understanding that everyone has a hard day sometimes, and leading with humility. There are times in my job where there's some things I don't understand, and it's okay for me to say I don't know that answer, but I will definitely look into it and get back to you.
