Her approach emphasizes self-discovery, emotional clarity, and conscious choice, empowering women to move beyond survival mode into lives that feel meaningful and authentic.
Through one-on-one coaching, group programs, signature workshops like Reclaiming You, and a suite of digital tools, Angela supports women in letting go of outdated roles, embracing their strengths, and crafting a next chapter that reflects who they are now. Known for her empathetic listening, goal-oriented guidance, and practical insight, she blends soul and strategy to help women reclaim their power and purpose. Angela’s work has touched countless women, inspiring them to evolve unapologetically and live fully in the next chapter of their lives.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, self-trust, and the willingness to evolve when life asked me to. I was shaped by strong women, especially my mother and stepmother, who modeled strength, compassion, and what it means to give your heart fully to family and friends. They also taught me that independence doesn’t mean doing everything alone, and that asking for help is not weakness but wisdom. Over time, I’ve learned to honor seasons of change, listen to my body, and release identities and expectations that no longer fit. My success hasn’t come from pushing harder, but from choosing alignment over approval and connection over self-sacrifice.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to stop measuring success by titles or external validation and start paying attention to what feels sustainable and aligned. I learned that it’s okay to pivot, to ask for support, and to redefine success as a life that honors your health, values, and relationships not just your résumé. That advice gave me permission to choose longevity, integrity, and fulfillment over burnout, and it changed the way I lead and live.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Learn the rules, but don’t lose yourself trying to fit into them. Build skills, yes, but also build boundaries and a life outside of work. Ask for help sooner than you think you should, and don’t confuse overworking with value. Your voice, perspective, and well-being matter just as much as your performance. Success lasts longer when it’s rooted in self-respect, alignment, and support not survival mode.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in business and entrepreneurship right now is unlearning outdated models of success that reward burnout, overextension, and constant visibility. Many women are building businesses while also navigating life transitions, health shifts, and evolving priorities, yet the dominant narrative still favors hustle over sustainability.
The opportunity lies in creating businesses that are values-led, scalable, and human-centered. There’s growing demand for leaders who prioritize clarity, boundaries, and long-term alignment not just rapid growth. Entrepreneurs who are willing to build slower, smarter, and with intention have the chance to redefine what success looks like and create models that are both profitable and life-giving.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, alignment, and connection are the values that guide me most. I believe in honoring what’s true for me, even when it requires change or difficult decisions. I value relationships built on trust and mutual respect, and I prioritize work that allows for honesty, boundaries, and care for well-being. In both my work and personal life, I strive to move with intention, stay connected to the people I love, and create space for growth without sacrificing myself in the process.
