Angela Pointer, MS, BSN, RN is a Registered Nurse–turned healthcare talent acquisition leader, solopreneur, and author of 24 Minutes to Win the Day. With nearly 30 years in nursing and 20 years in healthcare recruitment, she is the Founder and President of AP Solutions, LLC, providing fractional talent acquisition leadership, executive search, and leadership development services for healthcare organizations.

Angela has led talent acquisition functions across academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, ambulatory care, and both nonprofit and private equity–backed organizations. A Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Coach, and DISC Trainer, she partners with healthcare leaders to strengthen leadership capability, steward time and talent with intention, and drive sustainable impact.
