Angela Sette

Angela Sette is a writer, brain health educator, and integrative wellness expert whose work bridges the mind-body connection to unlock human potential. With a strong academic foundation in Health Sciences from Thomas Jefferson University and licensure in Dental Hygiene from The Philadelphia Community College, Angela’s professional journey is rooted in both science and compassion. Her passion for understanding the brain and body stems not only from her academic pursuits but also from deeply personal experiences—particularly the health challenges of her grandfather and daughter, which propelled her to seek answers where conventional medicine fell short.

Angela holds a Brain Health Empowerment Coach Certification through Amen Clinics, allowing her to coach clients toward peak brain performance and vitality. A lifelong learner and teacher, she is also certified in multiple modalities including Yoga, Mat and Reformer Pilates, Barre, Pilates Chair, Arc/Barrels, Zumba, and Trapeze Pilates, all through Balanced Body, YogaFit, and Zumba. For over three years, she has run a woman-owned wellness business alongside her daughter, working with diverse clients—including Olympic hopefuls—to build strength, balance, and mental resilience.

Her writing reflects her scientific knowledge, lived experience, and a heartfelt desire to provoke meaningful change. Angela’s upcoming book, “Are We Our Children’s Teachers or Are They Ours?”, explores generational wisdom, healing, and the role of family in our personal evolution. Her work is inspired by her own experience as a mother of three remarkable children, whom she considers her greatest teachers and accomplishments.

Angela is also active in her community, sponsoring events such as the Breast Cancer Foundation Fundraiser and participating in initiatives like the women's group “Yes, You Can” and studio-based wellness and acting events. In her free time, she enjoys playing the harp, singing, acting, and spending weekends with her children at the shore.
