My advice to young women entering this industry is to never give up and to always keep learning. Growth comes from persistence, curiosity, and embracing every opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field right now is staffing, which can strain resources and impact patient care. At the same time, healthcare continually presents opportunities for innovation, growth, and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
