What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, deep self-awareness, and a lifelong commitment to growth. My journey—shaped by challenging life experiences, therapy, wellness practices, and a family legacy of perseverance—has fueled my passion for helping women reclaim confidence and purpose. By combining emotional intelligence with strategic leadership insight, I guide high-achieving women through burnout and self-doubt, supporting their transformation into authentic, empowered leaders.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to take small, consistent steps toward growth and never let fear define your potential. True transformation comes through courage, self-reflection, and the willingness to move forward even when the path is uncertain.
Embrace your greatness fully and unapologetically. Learn to understand your emotions, confront fear with courage, and release self-doubt that limits your voice. Your authenticity is your greatest leadership strength, and the world needs women who show up boldly and lead from a place of wholeness.
Step into your greatness—own it. Face your fears, sit with difficult feelings, let go of what no longer serves you, and keep moving forward with intention and confidence.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field today is the silent burnout that many high-performing women experience while maintaining the appearance of outward success. This challenge also presents a significant opportunity: transformational coaching that integrates wellness, mindset, and leadership strategy. I am particularly focused on expanding executive coaching for women leaders and developing unified leadership frameworks that enable organizations to thrive through empowered, emotionally intelligent leadership.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my work and personal life are authenticity, healing, courage, and empowerment. I believe in honoring emotions, embracing personal truth, and helping others rebuild their lives with intention—much like the art of Kintsugi, where broken pieces are restored and become more beautiful. I am equally committed to wellness, balance, and creating safe, supportive spaces where women leaders can grow and thrive both personally and professionally.
