About ANGELE

Angele Akotegnon is a tech-driven visionary and the CEO of AKT Group LLC, where she leverages her Master’s degree in Information Systems to build high-performance business ecosystems across all 50 states. As a professional licensed to educate in financial literacy, she is the architect of the Community Shield 26-40 initiative, a 15-year roadmap designed to provide families and small businesses with the "financial armor" and technical infrastructure needed for long-term stability. Based in Indianapolis and originally from the French-speaking community, Angele balances her role as a mother of three with her mission to provide customized launchpads for entrepreneurs, ensuring that technical mastery and heart-centered leadership remain the dual engines of modern success and community legacy.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with ANGELE

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success is built at the intersection of high-level technology and heart-centered leadership. With a Master’s in Information Systems and a deep commitment to my community, I founded AKT Group LLC to bridge the gap between complex business infrastructure and sustainable growth. I believe true impact isn't just about today’s efficiency; it’s about the long-term 'financial armor' we build for the next generation. Through the Community Shield 26-40 initiative, my mission is to provide families and small businesses with the technical launchpads and licensed financial education they need to turn professional success into a lasting, multi-state legacy.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

"Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life."

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don’t just learn the systems; learn the human impact behind them. The financial License that you. hold can pay you millions of Dollars, you just have to be consistent on what you do and look at your Targeted goal.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Current Challenges & Strategic Opportunities

  • The Expansion Challenge: My biggest hurdle is identifying Partner-Leaders in all 50 states who share a vision for community resilience. We are currently searching for high-impact collaborators to back our national education tour—leaders who are ready to open their networks to critical financial literacy before it’s too late for the families they serve.
  • The "Probate Protection" Opportunity: There is a massive, urgent need to help families and business owners position their assets into the right portfolios now. Without this education, many risk losing their life's work to the complexities of probate court. We provide the roadmap to ensure that legacy stays within the family, not the system.
  • A New Route to Wealth: One of the most overlooked opportunities in my field is the diversified income stream created by partnering with established financial institutions. This isn't just about protection; it's a sophisticated wealth-building route that allows professionals to build an independent, scalable business while educating their community.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Core Values & Personal Philosophy

  • Legacy Over Transactions: In both work and life, I prioritize the long-term "Community Shield." I believe success isn't measured by a single deal, but by the stability a family or business still has 15 years from now. Building a legacy means ensuring that a lifetime of work is protected from probate and financial distress.
  • Empowerment through Education: I believe that "knowledge is the best armor." Whether I am raising my three children or training independent agents, my goal is to provide the "launchpad"—the tools, licenses, and technical systems—that allow others to stand on their own feet and lead their own communities.
  • Integrity in Innovation: As a tech-driven leader, I value the ethical use of automation. I believe technology should never replace the human heart. My work is dedicated to balancing the business ecosystem so that efficiency never comes at the cost of authentic connection or community trust.
