About Angeletta
Angeletta DabneyKerr is a human resources professional with about five years of experience in the field. Based in St. Louis, Missouri after relocating from Memphis, she has worked in multiple areas of HR including recruiting, orientation, hands-on training for new hires, compliance and organization, employee relations, and background checks. Angeletta earned her bachelor's degree and later her master's degree later in life and is currently contemplating pursuing a certification such as SHRM or PHR. She has a passion for people and community involvement, having volunteered in the Memphis community, and she advises young women entering the industry to give themselves room to make mistakes, learn from them, and keep moving forward.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
