Angelica Gomez is the Founder of Manifiesta Marketing Consulting, a firm specializing in digital and business storytelling. With a strong foundation in corporate sales and event management, Angelica has leveraged her international experience to create a marketing consultancy that delivers tailored, results-driven strategies for clients across industries. Her approach combines creativity, data, and strategic insight, ensuring each client’s brand story resonates in a competitive digital landscape. Originally from Colombia, Angelica holds a postgraduate degree in Hospitality Marketing. Prior to founding Manifiesta Marketing Consulting, she held key roles at AC Bogota Marriott Zona T and BBVA Colombia, where she managed events, sales, and specialized programs, honing her expertise in sales, marketing, client engagement, and corporate storytelling. Passionate about empowering her team and fostering innovation, Angelica leads a diverse group of professionals, focusing on personalized communication strategies and continuous learning. Recognized for her dedication to professional growth, she also completed the Digital Marketing Internship Programme 2024 through Girls in Marketing. Outside of work, Angelica draws inspiration from her love of the ocean, mindfulness practices, and active pursuits, which inform her balanced and creative approach to business and life.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of vision, hard work, and the incredible team I have the privilege of leading. I began my career in Colombia as a sales manager, working at the corporate level, but I made the bold decision to leave that path and come to the United States to establish my own marketing firm. Building a team of talented Latino professionals, I focus every day on teaching communication strategies and ensuring that each client receives personalized, goal-oriented solutions. With a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Colombia, I have always been inspired by the way businesses are structured, and I am deeply committed to fostering a collaborative environment where my team’s growth and dedication drive our collective success.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to focus on one thing and stay patient. Success doesn’t happen overnight, and by dedicating yourself fully to a single goal while remaining patient through challenges, you build the expertise, resilience, and foundation needed for long-term achievement.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life center around balance, well-being, and connection. I deeply value time for reflection and quiet, whether it’s enjoying the ocean, practicing yoga, or running along the beach with my dog. These moments of calm and mindfulness recharge me, allowing me to approach my work with focus, creativity, and purpose. I also cherish freedom and movement, whether it’s through driving, exploring new places, or simply being active outdoors, as they remind me of the importance of living fully and intentionally.
