Angelica Grant, BFA, EMBA, is a highly accomplished product designer and New Product Development Manager specializing in soft goods and outdoor equipment. Over her decade-long career, she has collaborated with leading brands such as Columbia Sportswear, Under Armour, and BioWorld, contributing to innovative designs for bags, luggage, and outdoor gear. Her work includes a patented double-sided buckle for Under Armour and a bag featured on the TV show Alone for Kelty Pack, demonstrating her ability to blend creativity with practical functionality. Angelica also leads her own manufacturing company, LITT Manufacturing, helping inventors bring their ideas to life while emphasizing unisex appeal in product design and marketing.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field right now include navigating tariffs and sourcing products domestically in the U.S., which also presents opportunities to innovate and strengthen local supply chains.
