She advises aspiring professionals to persist through challenges and maintain multiple streams of income beyond real estate sales.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My mentor has been challenging me to look at things from a different perspective, think of ways to move people in a different direction by the tone and sympathy of how you treat them, and relating before reacting.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Continue to strive even with bumps and hurdles. You win some, you lose some, but the more you keep at it you'll see a benefit. Also, real estate and being a realtor and selling properties can't be your only avenue of income - always have multiple streams of income.
