Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a strong work ethic and the unwavering support of my family. Their encouragement has motivated me to stay focused, resilient, and committed to continual growth. Together, these foundations have allowed me to navigate challenges and achieve meaningful progress in my career.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always bring solutions when presenting a problem. It taught me to think proactively, take ownership, and focus on driving positive outcomes rather than just identifying challenges.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering this industry to get comfortable being uncomfortable. Growth often happens outside of your comfort zone, and leaning into challenges builds confidence, resilience, and lasting professional strength.

Q

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is funding. At the same time, it presents an opportunity to innovate, collaborate, and develop more efficient, sustainable models of care that maximize impact despite limited resources.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are flexibility, a genuine eagerness to learn, and empowering others. I believe adaptability and continuous growth are essential, and I strive to support and uplift those around me so everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
