01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

If you are an introvert like me, don't be afraid to lead authentically with who you are, the skills that you are cultivating, and the fact that you are in the process in cultivating those skills. Being a bit vulnerable early in your career, and just being open and humble to learning as much as you can, asking as many questions as you can of folks who are your peers, but also above and below you on the ladder, is the best way to learn, and also cultivate a really responsive and supportive and engaged community and network of professionals for whom you can root and who will also root for you.
