What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the AML field is to gain as much prior experience as possible, stay committed to continuous learning, and familiarize yourself with AML regulations, such as those on FinCEN’s website. Be adaptable and patient, as the industry is fast-paced and constantly evolving, requiring the ability to pivot between tasks while leveraging any accounting or analytical skills you have.
