The best career advice I’ve ever received is to work hard. I’ve found that dedication, consistency, and putting in the effort not only build skills and credibility but also open doors to opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is ensuring customer satisfaction for every individual.
