Anika’s career spans more than 15 years in environmental engineering and ESG consulting. In a field that constantly evolves with new regulations, technologies, and sustainability standards, being able to adjust quickly and embrace change has been key. Staying open-minded and responsive allows me to navigate complex challenges effectively, find innovative solutions, and deliver meaningful results for my clients.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values in my work and personal life are family, balance, and prioritizing what truly matters. My two beautiful daughters are central to my life, inspiring me to lead with integrity, purpose, and thoughtfulness both at home and in my professional endeavors. Their presence reminds me to stay grounded, nurture meaningful relationships, and create a positive impact in everything I do.
