Anindita Das

Anindita Das has built her career in human resources recruiting and operations. She started as a recruiter and, while in India, managed compliance and interviewed candidates for her company. After moving to the United States, Das continued in recruiting and operations, including a six-month role at Bath and Body Works where she handled high-volume recruiting across three locations and three DC operations. She later worked with Kroger, where she recruited over 50 people in three months at a location with high attrition, noticeably lowering the rate. Das holds a Master's in Business Administration from India. She is a member of the Pay It Forward organization, which supports work-from-home opportunities and multiple income sources. Das attributes her success to herself and advises others to start working and doing something without waiting.
