01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

A mentor advised that if someone asks you to stop thinking or giving opinions, quickly remove yourself from that place because they are taking away your power of thinking and creativity.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Women should not overthink or worry about what others will think; they should just do whatever comes to mind and act on their ideas without making scenarios in their heads.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The IT field is very male-dominated with far fewer women, making it hard to share input in rooms full of men; people should speak up about workplace issues so problems don't repeat for others.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Equality - treating men and women equally and giving everyone equal right to speak up, and actually implementing it rather than just talking about it. Transparency - no discrimination based on levels, with complete transparency at all levels.
