Her Interview
Ten minutes with Anisha
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from my work ethic and how I was raised by my parents and family. They were very encouraging without being overly strict, always supporting me when I worked hard. I also push myself hard, sometimes working long hours to get things done and taking initiative to help the team succeed.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Patience is key in sales - know when to push and when to step back. Control the controllables and let everything else fall as it may. Everything happens for a reason, and it will all work out in the end.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to speak up and show that you're interested in taking on challenges. Keep raising your hand, be coachable and willing to grow, even if you face challenges, as long as you have a supportive team.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty is the best policy. I'd rather be honest and lose a sale than lie to close one, because clients will value that and may return in the future.
