Her Story
About Anita
I began my career over eight years ago in the packaging industry with Tetra Pak, where I held both global and EMEA-focused roles across Italy and Sweden. This international experience shaped my strategic mindset and adaptability in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
In June 2023, I joined Atlas Concorde USA as Retail Marketing Manager, relocating to the United States in 2024. In my current role, I lead the company’s retail strategy, overseeing all customer-facing initiatives, from field marketing and merchandising to sampling programs, trade shows, and showroom management. I work closely with a network of distributors and dealer partners to ensure our products are brought to market effectively, with strong visual merchandising standards and a consistent brand experience.
As part of a rapidly growing organization, my role continues to evolve alongside the business.
What I value most in my work is the constant opportunity to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Anita
01What do you attribute your success to?
A strong learning mindset and adaptability have been fundamental throughout my journey. I genuinely enjoy stepping into new challenges and see them as opportunities to grow. Staying open to learning, whether from successes or setbacks, has allowed me to continuously evolve and navigate change with confidence.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“Never stop learning.” This advice resonates deeply with me because learning is something I genuinely love. I make a conscious effort to learn something new every day, as a way to continuously improve and move closer to my goals. The commitment to keep growing and evolving is, in itself, one of my most meaningful achievements so far.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay curious, be adaptable, and don’t wait until you feel “ready” to take opportunities. Step forward, speak up, and trust that you will figure things out along the way. Growth comes from doing, not waiting.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value a culture built on a strong learning mindset, where continuous growth is encouraged and challenges are embraced as opportunities.
What I also truly value is being part of an environment that puts people first. Working within a family-owned company means there is genuine care for employees and a strong focus on development, combined with a shared commitment to excellence and delivering the highest quality in everything we do.
I’m naturally results-oriented and motivated by setting clear goals and achieving meaningful outcomes.
At the same time, I deeply believe in maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle: mens sana in corpore sano. Taking care of both my physical and mental well-being allows me to perform at my best and sustain long-term growth.
