About Anita
I am an Associate Director of Sales at Adecco covering southern Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota territories. I have been in recruitment and hiring for over 20 years, starting on the corporate side before moving to the staffing vendor side 8 years ago where I managed recruitment teams across 5 states. Two years ago I transitioned into sales despite having no prior sales experience, becoming Rookie of the Year my first year and number one the following year by focusing on building strong partnerships that benefit associates and colleagues. My natural inclination toward training and development drives my approach to both sales and leadership.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success first and foremost to God. I have a deep conviction to help people, whether by training colleagues or securing contracts that lead to jobs for others. I must have passion for what I do and I have been blessed with wonderful leaders and mentors who taught me selflessly.
