01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do it. I loved school. I loved having the opportunity to interact with other great thinkers. You really learn how to read in an analytical manner and it gives you the foundation to take your degree wherever you want. Lawyers are in all different facets of business, government, private, public sector, nonprofit world. The training from law school is like no other and gives gravitas to enter spaces that may not traditionally have looked like you. Don't tell yourself no. Work hard, set yourself with opportunities so doors don't close and you have options.
