Her Story
About Anjali
I started my career with a master's in Computer Science and worked at Wipro Technologies as an automation lead. My career has been focused on automation from the beginning, initially in enterprise automation before AI became prevalent, and then evolving into AI-level cloud automation as technology progressed. I pursued a second master's degree in Business Analytics from University of Illinois Chicago, which helped me pivot more deeply into AI. During that time, I published a research paper on LLM Agent focused on using AI to automate enterprise workflows, and that paper was recognized as an individual chapter in Springer Nature, a well-known publication house with a highly reputed academic journal. Currently, I work with Walmart Marketplace, the e-commerce section of Walmart, where I handle automation using AI for the international supply chain. I manage a team of four, and we work on the entire vendor experience from onboarding to compliance checks, using AI intelligence agents to provide high-level recommendations, manage shipping processes, and ensure government regulations are followed at the port level. I have also had the opportunity to speak about AI and its impact at tech events like TechX, where I was a speaker in May 2024 and was also invited the previous year.
