01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is to seek out mentors and never be afraid to ask for guidance. There are always people who have walked the path before you and are willing to share their knowledge and experiences. Throughout my career, I've intentionally reached out to people who inspire me, invited them for coffee or conversation, and learned from their perspectives. Those relationships have been invaluable in shaping both my personal and professional growth.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

You are never defeated unless you accept defeat yourself. No matter how many defeats come your way, you're not defeated until you feel defeated.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Bring people together in spite of the polarization to co-create solutions to aspire to achieve greater good for all.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are compassion, authentic human connection, and agape love. I believe in seeing people at a human-to-human level, recognizing our shared humanity beyond titles, roles, or differences. Building genuine connections rooted in empathy and respect strengthens relationships in every aspect of life—whether in marriage, friendships, or collaborative teams—and creates the trust needed for meaningful and lasting impact.
