I attribute my success to my ability to deliver impactful solutions during critical moments—most notably joining my company during COVID-19, when I helped rapidly develop a platform that supported businesses with resources and guidance, achieving over 90,000 sign-ups in a single week. My experience in AI consulting and digital transformation allows me to combine strategic vision, technical expertise, and collaborative leadership to drive meaningful outcomes for organizations across industries.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to speak up, find your voice, and use it confidently, while continuously learning and expanding your knowledge to grow your value and broaden your opportunities.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are empathy, adaptability, and strategic thinking—meeting clients where they are, addressing their specific needs, and planning for long-term impact rather than short-term gains. I believe in guiding teams and stakeholders thoughtfully to achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes, as exemplified by my COVID-19 project supporting over 90,000 businesses.
