01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to take internships seriously and actively build relationships along the way. Gaining hands-on experience early not only helps me develop practical skills, but also gives me a clearer understanding of the field I want to pursue. Just as importantly, investing in relationships with mentors, colleagues, and professionals has shown me that opportunities often come through the people I meet and the trust I build over time.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The advice I would give to young women entering my industry is to stay confident in your abilities, keep learning, and never underestimate the value of strong relationships and mentorship.
