Ten minutes with Ankita
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say to remove that barrier from your head because the picture is rapidly changing in male-dominated fields. Be extremely confident and do not second-guess yourself or doubt your analysis. Have a lot of confidence in yourself and move ahead with what you feel is right rather than always second-guessing.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty, trust, being trustworthy, being answerable for whatever you've done, and being authentic. Hiding a mistake leads to many other issues so own up to it and be upfront.
