The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now include navigating increased market competition, managing price wars, and adapting to rapidly evolving technology.

The values most important to me in work and life are follow-through, family, health, and a love of adventure—whether mentoring others, enjoying time with my spouse and children, staying active through swimming, walking, and skiing, or cultivating my garden and exploring new places through travel.
