01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Remember that you're not just treating the diagnosis but also treating the person, and you want to connect and listen to your patient. Also take care of yourself, because it's easy to pour into others after a long day and feel like you're running on empty, so make sure you take time to fill your own cup back up.

02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Right now, my family is my why. Being hardworking and loyal and kind are the values that I think are most important to myself.
