About Anna Beverly
Beverly Vierra is a professional speaker, integrative health coach, motivational speaker, wellness educator, online class facilitator, group coach, health advocate, stroke-survivor mentor, and personal transformation professional with experience speaking and coaching across North America. She earned her nursing credentials through a three-year program at a Catholic college in the early 1960s, followed by a BSN from Mount St. Mary's and a master's in healthcare administration from Benedictine University. After working as a nurse in New York, transitioning to real estate, serving as a family coordinator for autistic individuals in Missouri, supporting juveniles in Illinois, and advocating against poor nursing home conditions as an investigator, she retired around 2022 following a lacunar stroke. She then completed certification as an integrative nutrition coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to address her own health challenges, including diabetes. Today she operates through Self-Preservation, addressing groups and organizations while offering online classes and coaching focused on healthier living, self-preservation, and thriving after a stroke. She also volunteers care at the senior center.
