Her Interview

Ten minutes with Anna

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the strong work ethic I learned from my mother and grandfather. Watching them work hard, stay committed, and contribute every day taught me the value of dedication, perseverance, and passion for what I do.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received came from my grandfather: “Success is never final, and failure is never fatal; it’s your courage through both that counts.” This advice has guided me to stay resilient, keep moving forward, and embrace both challenges and achievements as part of my journey.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to put yourself out there, confidently showcase your strengths, and recognize the value you bring. If there is something you truly want to pursue, find a way to make it happen and identify how your skills and perspective can contribute to the opportunity.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field right now is finding creative ways to share information so people feel informed and empowered rather than overwhelmed. It’s about delivering meaningful content that connects with people and helps them make confident decisions.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are loyalty, transparency, hard work, and a strong work ethic. I also value grace—treating others the way I would want to be treated, showing kindness, and giving back whenever I can.
