Anna Duncan, MBA, CFE, PMP is an accomplished Category Manager at Allegis Group, bringing over a decade of experience in procurement, supply chain management, and strategic sourcing. With a proven record of driving efficiency and value through data-driven decisions and strong supplier partnerships, Anna plays a key role in developing and executing Allegis Group’s procurement strategy. Her expertise spans contract negotiation, risk management, vendor relations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, all aimed at ensuring operational excellence and sustainable business growth.

Before joining Allegis Group, Anna held key procurement and financial roles at WorldStrides, SDI International Corp, and the State of Missouri, where she advanced from Procurement Officer to Financial Examiner. In these roles, she demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing complex contracts, streamlining procurement processes, and implementing internal controls that enhanced compliance and performance. Her ability to bridge strategy with execution has made her a trusted partner to cross-functional teams across finance, marketing, legal, and operations.

Anna holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia College. The best career advice I’ve ever received is to own my space—to not be intimidated, but to walk in confidence knowing that I belong where I am.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Technology is both the biggest challenge and the biggest opportunity in my industry. Adapting to new tools and systems can be demanding, but those who embrace innovation can stay ahead and deliver better results for clients.
