Her Story
About Anna
I started my business, Integrity Link, in January as an AI consultant. Initially, I was intrigued about the potential opportunity, but as I dove into the industry, especially the tech industry, I realized there's a huge need for educating the older population on how to prepare for this. I really had to take a step back and rethink what I'm doing, because I need to help people not get swallowed up by scams. Unfortunatley, there are those who are using it to take advantage of others. I lead with integrity, that's why I named my company Integrity Link, and it's kind of forging its own way in what I want to do. My main focus right now is really connecting with my local community, warming people up because when I say AI, it scares them. But it's really important to me that small business does not fall behind, so I'm reaching out and networking to local small businesses, introducing myself and getting to know what some of their needs are, and then I offer them some of the solutions that I have. It's really about building that connection and making sure that they understand I want to help them, and it's a long-term relationship. My dad had his own business, my brothers have their own business, and there's always just been an entrepreneurial spirit in me, so it's just what's always kind of nagged at me to start something. I've started at so many businesses already, but it's just in me.

Ten minutes with Anna
01What do you attribute your success to?
My kids are my number one driving force. I definitely want to show my kids they can do anything
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The one that really helped me is so silly, but my brother - I was freaking out just with the amount of stuff I had to do. I said, I feel like I am a chicken with its head cut off. And he was like, you are a chicken. He's said, " you're a chicken, you're on a farm. You have a huge pile of grain that you need to take care of, but guess what? You're gonna look down and peck one grain at a time." I don't know why that makes sense to me, but it does.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Know who you are, and help people.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Cybersecurity is a big one. Really, standing out from the crowd is important. My biggest concern is just making sure my clients don't get gypped, and a lot of them are. So it's constantly trying to be the voice of reason right now. But then also, one of the biggest things is making sure small business doesnt fall behind in business because they felt overwhelmed by ai.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity. That's number one, everything. It's just know who you are, and really lead by who you know you are. Because I think reputation is everything, you know?
