I attribute my success to my lifelong passion for science and my natural curiosity. Being eager to learn and explore new ideas has driven me to take on challenges and continuously grow in my field.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to have a voice. Speak up, share your ideas, and advocate for yourself—your perspective matters and can make a real impact.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is not being HDA approved in the U.S. This presents both regulatory and market access hurdles, but it also creates opportunities to innovate, advocate, and work toward meeting the necessary standards for broader acceptance and impact.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are helping people and seeing things through to resolution. I am committed to making a positive impact and ensuring that challenges are addressed thoroughly and effectively.
