Her Story

About Anna

Anna OJ Larson, Esq., is the Founder and Consultant of Larson Growth Partners, where she provides sales consulting and fractional advisory services focused on sales infrastructure, go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and repeatable growth. She brings more than 20 years of sales experience to her consulting practice, following approximately five years practicing law as a litigation associate. Her career has included leadership and revenue roles at UniCourt, Wyoming Corporate Services, and Thomson Reuters, giving her experience across legal technology, SaaS, consultative selling, account management, and business development.

Larson began her professional journey in law after studying East Asian Studies and earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, with additional legal education at Chicago-Kent College of Law. She later transitioned from legal practice into sales, where she developed expertise in consultative selling, sales management, go-to-market strategy, and building sales infrastructure. Her experience includes serving as a National Sales Manager at UniCourt and Chief Revenue Officer at Wyoming Corporate Services before launching Larson Growth Partners in August 2026. Through her consulting work, she helps startups and small businesses develop scalable sales strategies, territory plans, training programs, and growth systems.

Beyond her professional career, Larson is committed to continuous development, disciplined goal-setting, and community involvement. She serves on the board of a local judo nonprofit and has earned a Judo Shodan (black belt), while also completing an Ironman triathlon—achievements that reflect the structured goal-setting and persistence she applies throughout her life. She values collaborative environments, meaningful contributions, strong professional relationships, and decisive action, while placing particular importance on her role as a mother and the example she sets for her children.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Anna

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to setting clear goals and then systematically determining what is required to achieve them. I identify the necessary steps, begin executing, assess my progress, and continuously reevaluate and adjust my trajectory when needed. This approach has become intuitive for me and has helped me accomplish both professional and personal goals, including completing an Ironman and earning a black belt in Judo.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

One of the most meaningful lessons I have learned is that continued engagement from former employees and team members is a powerful measure of professional relationships and leadership. When people remain connected, reach out years later, and continue to seek opportunities to work together, it demonstrates that you have built relationships that extend beyond a particular role or organization. Those lasting relationships have also created new professional opportunities for me, including recruitment into leadership positions.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I see an opportunity to leverage my knowledge, experience, and resources to help startups and small businesses build more effective and repeatable sales organizations. Through fractional advisory services, I can support companies with sales strategy, territory management, training, growth planning, and revenue infrastructure. I am also continuing to explore opportunities within legal technology, where my background in both law and sales provides a valuable perspective.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In my professional life, I value contributing meaningfully to company success, having my ideas heard, engaging in collaborative analysis, and moving from thoughtful discussion to decisive action. In my personal life, my children and my role as their mother are deeply important to me. I value being present for them and serving as a positive role model.
