I attribute my success to my motivation and dedication, as well as my genuine love for learning. I also owe a great deal to my parents for their unwavering support, which has been instrumental in helping me pursue my goals and overcome challenges.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to always approach your work with an open mind and a willingness to learn. Every day presents an opportunity to gain new knowledge and experience. Never doubt your abilities or feel like you don’t understand something—embrace challenges as opportunities for growth. Being receptive to change and open to new perspectives is key to building a successful and fulfilling career.
