About Anna
Anna Mitchell serves as Program Manager at Insurance Office of America in Jacksonville, Florida. She began her career in insurance in 2010 at OneCall, starting in data entry and advancing to team lead, supervisor, and operations manager overseeing a team of about 70 across three offices. In 2019 she transitioned into a project management role, and in 2021 she joined Insurance Office of America as a Junior Project Manager. She has since been promoted through project manager and senior project manager roles to her current position as Program Manager, where she manages offshore BPO teams based in India and works to align strategic initiatives for greater operational efficiency. Anna holds an MBA, which she earned in 2010, and is a member of the Project Management Institute chapter in Northeast Florida. She enjoys mentoring others and continuing to grow in her field.
