I attribute my success to being raised by an immigrant family that instilled in me the values of hard work, resilience, and determination. Growing up, I learned early on that achieving great success often requires putting in extra effort, staying focused, and never taking opportunities for granted. That foundation has shaped my work ethic and continues to drive my commitment to excellence in everything I do.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I can do anything I set my mind to. It taught me the importance of believing in myself, pursuing opportunities with confidence, and staying persistent even when challenges arise. That mindset has guided me to take bold steps in my career and continuously push beyond my comfort zone.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never hesitate to ask questions. Seeking clarity and understanding is a sign of strength, not uncertainty. The more you ask, the more you learn—and that curiosity will help you grow, build confidence, and establish a strong foundation for long-term success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating the gender imbalance that still exists in many areas of the business sector. As a successful woman, I’ve often encountered situations where men dominate decision-making spaces or underestimate women’s leadership potential. However, this challenge also presents a powerful opportunity—to lead by example, break barriers, and create pathways for other women to rise. By continuing to demonstrate excellence, confidence, and collaboration, we can help shape a more inclusive and balanced future for the industry.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, perseverance, and empowerment. As a successful woman in business, I believe in leading with authenticity, staying true to my principles, and continuously striving for growth.
